Schedule of Concerts for ModComFest 2025 Unveiled

The festival begins with a stunning opening concert at the Auditorium du Petit Palais, where Michel Petrossian’s Chanter l’icône will be brought to life. This vocal masterpiece explores the interplay between historical and modern influences, setting the tone for the festival’s artistic direction.
On October 2nd, the festival moves to the Auditorium du CRR de Paris, featuring Petrossian’s evocative t8.4 Concerto for Cello and Orchestra, for what promises to be a powerful and emotionally resonant performance. The festival then concludes on October 3rd at the Théâtre de Saint-Maur with Sept, les anges de Sinjar, a piece based on a ballet co-created by Petrossian and Aram Hovhannisyan that promises to transport audiences through its vivid storytelling and imaginative score.
Each of these performances will be a true showcase of Petrossian’s inimitable contributions to the world of contemporary classical music, as well as a testament to the vibrant energy of the art form as we head deeper into the 21st century, making this edition ModComFest a truly unmissable event.
